When questioning witnesses during congressional hearings, each Member has just a few minutes. I always try to cut the fluff and get right to the point so I can secure answers for the American people. I'll do the same in this email!
Why does donating before the end of the year make a difference? Our end of quarter deadline falls on December 31st, and after then, we have to publicly report the amount of money we've raised the past three months. Pundits, super PACs, and our opponents will look for any signs of weakness in our report. An unimpressive haul could signal we're falling behind, and encourage super PACs to pour more money into supporting our opponents. On top of that, we'll be making important budget decisions in January, and if we don't meet our goal, we'll be forced to make cuts. |
How's the race looking? Competitive and really close! Recent public polling shows me slightly trailing Adam Schiff, and has shown the leading Republican in this race gaining some traction. Remember, we need to at least make the top two in March in order to move on to the general in November. With roughly a third of voters undecided, we have a lot of ground to cover. |
Does $3 really make a difference? Yes! Our average contribution this quarter is $21.33. Every single dollar adds up. I'm the only candidate in this race who has never taken corporate PAC money and is rejecting federal lobbyist money, so you can be assured that I really do count on supporters like you. |
Can you pitch in today to help us meet our end of quarter deadline and reach key voters?
