A statistic from a recent poll conducted by the Texas Politics project might surprise you: in years past, registered Independents in Texas have historically voted for Republicans. But in our race, Independents prefer Beto to Ted Cruz by 12 whole points.

This is huge news -- and further proof of all our hard work paying off. Beto has been inviting millions of people of all backgrounds into our historic campaign for U.S. Senate.
