The next phase of this campaign is within our grasp.

Next week, we'll officially have our Republican opponent. Then, the general election begins.

We've put in a lot of effort to get this far. We've had support from every corner of North Carolina and all across the country.

Today, I'm telling you that this only gets harder after next week. You see, far-right Republican PACs and dark money groups are lying in wait for the moment their nominee is official.

This is projected to be the most expensive U.S. Senate race in history — and the real money starts pouring in when this general election begins.

I'm grateful that we have the kind of people with us who will make it possible to take them on. I'm grateful that we have you.
