Hi Jason, it's Mark Kelly.

Last night, I was at the State of the Union.

I knew it would be frustrating, but now that we've heard it, I want to tell you what I think about what the President said, and what the real state of our union is.

But before I do: Trump's address last night only reinforced how important it is to win back Congress in November. Will you support Democrats running at all levels by splitting a donation between the DNC and my campaign today?

Look, the president claimed last night to have made America great again, but here's the true state of our union:

Donald Trump and the Republicans cheering him on have spent the last year wreaking havoc on our country.

They've attacked our Constitution and threatened our first amendment rights. They've personally attacked me for standing up for those rights.

Their tariffs have lost Americans their jobs and raised costs — all while the richest people get to enjoy a tax break they didn't need.

They've weakened America's alliances abroad while spreading chaos in communities at home with their unaccountable immigration agents.

Jason, if there's one thing I've learned, it's to never back down to a bully. That's why I'm still in this fight and why we've got to take back the Senate this year.
