A “nail biter” -- The Dallas Morning News

Beto for Texas

Jason,

The front page of the Dallas Morning News just called our race a "nail biter" -- and with good reason. The finish line is nearly here. The poll margins have narrowed from Beto down by 5, to 4, to 3… to zero!

Beto is TIED with Ted Cruz according to the last poll. Electing Beto on November 6 is absolutely possible if we mobilize every ounce of our grassroots muscle now. There's no second chance.

We're hustling hard to make our very last ads and voter contact pushes massive enough to pull ahead. But we need more resources to pull it off. To match all the PAC money that's propping up Cruz. This is a huge moment. And we can't afford to fall short.

We have less than two days to meet the only fundraising goal left in this race. Making sure enough Texans vote for Beto on Election Day depends on us covering the costs for our ads and organizing needs. Can Beto count on you to contribute $10, or whatever you can afford, to help us meet our goal and win this nail-biter?

Beto for Texas

Thanks to your contributions, we've accomplished amazing things. The largest grassroots campaign in the nation. The biggest voter contact mobilization in the history of Texas. A no-PAC campaign TIED with Ted Cruz.

And it's working: More voters are turning out than ever before. From what we know about the kind of voters who've already cast their ballots, results look promising for Beto.

But the outcome of this race depends on Election Day turnout. It's exactly why the media says it's a nail-biter. And that's why meeting our fundraising goal to make sure millions more voters hear Beto's positive message via ads and direct conversations with fellow Texans is so crucial.

This grassroots network has come through for Beto every time so far. Can he count on you one more time? If you can afford it, please pitch in whatever you can.

We're under 40 hours until the election. We're not slowing down. Let's dig a bit deeper in these final hours to make sure all of our work pays off.

Talk soon,

Chris Evans
