Lacey here. I'm Katie Porter's Campaign Manager, and this week I'm laser-focused on our fundraising numbers, because our end-of-quarter deadline is on Saturday.
I promise this isn't just about hitting a goal for my own sake! We've been outraised two quarters in a row now. But posting a strong number will show our opponents' super PAC that we have the grassroots support to win this race.
Not meeting our goal could mean real trouble for our campaign later on.
